Note. 因為天災造成物資短缺而大量搶購, 囤積商品現象, 可用 panic buying 表示.

A. Is Kathy going to take responsibility for the drops in sales this quarter?
B. I doubt it. She'll probably just pass the buck and say it was someone else's fault.
